About the course
Gender justice and social inclusion are gaining ground. True effectiveness of projects and programmes can only be achieved through inclusive development programming. This course builds your ability to include the needs of a diverse range of actors in your programmes and aim for development that benefits all. You learn to apply the key concepts and tools to ensure an inclusive management of your projects, while becoming aware of your own position and possibilities to make it happen.

Your profile
You are a professional in the development sector and dealing with project design, management, fundraising or proposal writing. You know about gender and inclusiveness but would like to make it practical.
Online course
The course is entirely online, using a variety of participatory learning methods like live webinars, interactive self-paced exercises, peer group work in buddy teams, and voluntary Q&A sessions. While you work from the comfort of your home or office, you discover how your own reality holds against the key concepts and tools of inclusive project management. The 40 learning hours are spread over two weeks, with an expected learning intensity of half days from Monday to Friday. You are free to organise your own learning time around the fixed moments of content webinars and Q&A sessions.
